John Byorth
John Byorth comes to the Firm from the U.S. Department of the Interior's Office of the Solicitor, where he was the principle legal advisor to the BLM Montana-Dakotas State Office. Prior to that, John had a general practice in Livingston, where he still lives. John is a third-generation graduate of the University of Montana - School of Law, where he went after a full career as a magazine writer and editor. John was born and raised in Billings and is a proud alumnus of Billings Central Catholic High School, Concordia College (Minn.), and MSU-Bozeman. John will be assisting in the firm’s litigation and appellate practice.
