Tom Martin, originally from Columbus, Montana, graduated from the University of Montana in 2008 with a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. In May 2012, Tom graduated from the University of Montana School of Law. While attending law school, Tom worked as an intern at Brown Law Firm in both the Billings and Missoula offices. His practice focuses on defense of complex civil litigation, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims, insurance law including coverage and defense of bad faith claims, worker’s compensation and products liability. Tom is admitted to practice law in both the state and federal courts in Montana. He is a member of the Montana Defense Trial Lawyers Association and Yellowstone Area Bar Association.
