Ms. Gallinger attended Montana State University and graduated with honors with a
BA degree in Political Science. Thereafter, she spent a year in Pusan South
Korea teaching English as a second language. Ms. Gallinger returned to Montana
and graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in 2001. Right out of
law school, Ms. Gallinger served as a law clerk for Chief Justice Karla Gray of
the Montana Supreme Court. Following her clerkship, she went into private
practice as an associate with the Brown Law Firm, P.C., and became a shareholder
in 2009. Ms. Gallinger’s principal areas of practice include: insurance coverage
issues, insurance bad faith defense, products liability and defense litigation.
Ms. Gallinger is a member of the Yellowstone Area Bar Association and is
admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Montana, as well as the
Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Gallinger
served as an enlisted member of the Montana Army National Guard for eleven
years.
