William D'Alton has been practicing law for more than 12 years.  Bill has tried jury cases in every level of trial setting in Montana, from Justice Court to Federal District Court.  He has gained jury acquittal for people charged with serious crimes.  In the civil arena, Bill has secured successful jury verdicts for his clients, whether defendants or plaintiffs.  Bill has admitted to the Montana State Bar in 1995.  He has handled appeals before the Montana Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit.  Bill is a member of the Yellowstone Area Bar Association, Montana State Bar, Montana Defense Trial Lawyers Association, Montana Trial Lawyers Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, American Bar Association and Defense Research Institute.
