Michael Heringer has been practicing law with the Brown Law Firm, P.C., since 1985.  Mike concentrates his practice in civil trial work in the defense of personal injury, products liability, employment, workers’ compensation and oil and gas law.  Mike has tried jury and non-jury cases and handled appeals in Montana State and Federal Courts.

 Mike has been recognized by his peers in “Best Lawyers in America,” “Mountain States Super Lawyers,” and “Chambers USA.”  He is a member of the Montana Defense Trial Lawyers Association and served as a director on its board 2002-2003.  Mike has authored and argued amicus matters on behalf of the MDTL in front of the Montana Supreme Court.  Mike was named Pro Bono Attorney of the Year by the Montana State Bar in 1995.  Mike has also been a board member of the Billings Catholic Schools since 2004.

 Mike graduated from Gonzaga University with honors in 1981.  He graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in 1985.   While in law school, Mike was on the Board of Editors of the Montana Law Review.
