Guy has more than 20 years experience in trial practice with emphasis on personal injury defense and insurance law. He has been practicing with the Brown Law Firm since 1986. Guy has tried jury cases in Montana state and federal courts, and has handled appeals in the Montana Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth and Tenth Circuit.

 Since 2003, he has been a director and officer for the Montana Defense Trial Lawyers Association. He is peer-review rated at the highest level of legal ability and ethics (AV) by Martindale-Hubbell, and has been recognized in ABest Lawyers in America@ and AMountain States Super Lawyers.@ Guy was also on the board of directors for the Montana Justice Foundation from 2004 through 2007.

 Guy=s litigation practice includes serious personal injury and traumatic brain injury cases, automobile accidents, liquor liability, products liability, and wrongful death and survival actions. His insurance law practice includes bad faith, insurance coverage and defense of agents and brokers. Guy also handles property damage cases including construction litigation, arson and fraud cases.

 Guy graduated with a B.A. from the University of Montana in 1981, and a J.D. from the University of Montana Law School in 1985. He was a law clerk to Justice John C. Harrison of the Montana Supreme Court from 1985 to 1986.
