John earned his law degree from the University of Montana.  He is a member of the Montana Defense Trial Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute.  John is peer-review rated at the highest level of legal ability and ethics (AV) by Martindale-Hubbell, and has been recognized in ABest Lawyers in America.@  He  practices in state and federal courts at trial and appellate levels.  John has focused his practice on the defense of health care providers since joining the firm in 1984.
